Temptation

~1 Peter 2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.

We all have a choice when it comes to sin. The difference between a young Christian and an older Christian is that the older one has learned to stay away from the things that she knows will cause her to sin! If a person has a problem with shoplifting, she shouldn’t go to the mall by herself or with friends who have the same problem!

Are you struggling with a particular sin, teen girl? Remove yourself from the situations that cause you to sin. If it’s your friends, find new friends. Had Eve walked away from the serpent, things would be very different today. We sin because we choose to sin.
